QUOTES & ORDERING INFO

Quotes are given during when we are open for commissions. Your quote is valid only for the opening at that time, once closed the offer is invalid. We offer a general pricing guide on the main Fursuit page of this site, prices will vary depending on complexity and additional features.

Announcements will be made when we are open to fill slots to do commissions. Slots fill quickly and are limited: so the earlier you submit the better chance at acquiring a slot in our queue. With high demand we cannot accept all orders. My goal is to take a small number so wait times are manageable and reasonable.

SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE CONTENT

All content and images on FlickFoxCreations.com and by extension social media sites where we have accounts, are strictly for our use and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Images and content from our site may be saved for personal, non-commercial use only. Photos of customer suits are available for use by the customer. Any other use of our content or images is strictly prohibited.

AGE

You must be 18 years or older to place any order. Parents or Guardians can work with us on behalf of those under 18 yrs old.

WARRANTY

Our fursuits and items bought come with a 90 day warranty. Guaranteed workmanship and materials means we are happy to assist with any issues or defects within the 90 days. Outside of the 90 day period we offer repairs for a fee. *Not Covered* under this warranty would be abuse or normal wear and tear. Alterations done by 3rd party or others or self will void the warranty. Should you ever have an issue, please contact us to discuss repairs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide and use any carrier via: UPS, USPS, FedEx. we do not cover shipping or customs charges. We cannot guarantee the postal shipping date due since mail can be unpredictable with delivery dates (especially with COVID19)

DTDs & MEASUREMENTS

If your order is accepted, We require measurements and a "duck tape dummy (DTD)". There will be a list of instructions sent and even a tutorial video on how to construct a DTD for your custom fit (normally DTDs are only required for the body or full fursuit). We currently only do full body suits with a DTD to achieve the best fit. We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incorrectly made DTDs, please follow instructions emailed to ensure this process is properly constructed and provided asap.

REFERENCE SHEETS & CREATIVE FREEDOM

We use a reference off of concept art you provide. This reference must be clear, not shaded, and concise so we can see the color and design clearly. You are are commissioning us for our interpretation of your character design, and with dealing with faux fur sometimes ideas that are submitted will need to be simplified for workability and for your suit to function properly. Major changes you make to your design after providing a reference will result in additional charges.

DEALINES & FINISHING

Completion dates given will not be guaranteed, only estimates and general timeframes. If you are seeking a deadline, we will determine if that is possible/realistic.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT

A 35% nonrefundable deposit is required before any work begins on an order. Then the remaining balance is due the month of completion or earlier unless other arrangements have been made with us. See "flex payments" for additional options

FLEX PAYMENT PLAN

If you cannot make a 35% down payment then this option might be for you. Flexed payment plans are payments that have to be regular and consistent, we can discuss a personal payment plan that you feel comfortable with. Payment plans will have to be paid in full before the suit begins construction. We reserve the right to cancel or requote any order if no payment has been made for 3 months or longer without notifying us to make arrangements. With flex payment plans the 35% deposit with all commissions are nonrefundable.
